Platinum Plush Fashions offers returns within 30 days of the delivery date for store credit only in the form of an E-Gift Card. Returns must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition, tags attached. A $5.99 pre-paid label fee is deducted from the credit refund amount. Final sale items , bodysuits, lingerie, and swimwear are non-returnable.

Tips For Returns:
You can combine multiple orders into one return package to save on fees. If you used a third-party payment service like Afterpay, or Affirm, you are still responsible for your installments even if you receive store credit.
In-Store Returns/ Exchnage Policy:
- Time Frame: Items must be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, with the original clothing tags attached.
- Receipt: The original sales receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
As a small business, we are unable to offer cash or credit card refunds at this time. However, we are pleased to provide you with an in-store or online shopping credit for future purchases. This credit can be used at your convenience and has no expiration date.
