Returns are refunded via Credit Coupon for use online or a In-Store Shopping Credit. (For use In-Store) 
Platinum Plush does not issue credit for shipping charges.
All sale items are “Final Sale” and cannot be returned for credit.
Please be sure your item(s) are returned back in original condition and in accordance with our Return Policy.

Items must be shipped back within in 30 days of delivery date. (Customer Pays For The Return Postage)

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags attached. Footwear must be unworn, show no signs of wear and tear. Returned in original packaging.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or any bodily fluid.
  • Bodysuits, Swimwear, Undergarments, Beauty Products, Cosmetics, and Accessories are “Non-Returnable”.
  • If Your Item(s) is a confirmed “Manufactures Defect”; a return shipping label will be issued and a full credit will be issued back to your original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 Business days to receive refund once item(s) are confirmed returned. 

In-Store Returns for Online Purchases
If your purchased was made online and you are not happy with your purchase you may return the item(s) at our store location to receive store credit in accordance with our “Return Policy” within 30 days of the purchase date.

Exchanges for Online Purchases:Presently, we do not accommodate exchanges for purchases made online to be exchanged in-store as we cannot guarantee the item purchased will be in-stock or the size or style desired.

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us, if returning from an international location.

Domestic Shipping, Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return (credit) once item(s) are confirmed returned back to us.
